 *£125.00 includes all of the stated services.  Additional fees may apply for additional work required when designing your website, although these will be discussed with you in detail and you will be presented with a final quote prior to the commencement of the development work.  For .co.uk websites, a minimum contract term of two years applies with a yearly maintenance subscription £40.00 including VAT per year payable one year from the date that your site goes live.  .co.uk domain names are registered for a minimum of two years, after which, a domain name renewal fee is also payable at £10 per domain for an additional two years.  All other domain names are registered for a period of one year.  A domain renewal fee of £10 is payable at the end of each registration period in order to keep the domain name active.  Domain name renewal fees are in addition to the yearly maintenance fees.  For all domains excluding .co.uk domains, it is not compulsory to pay a maintenance subscription fee, however you will become responsible for the maintenance and updates of your website and hosting fees will be applicable at our set rates at that period of time.  You are free to move your site and domain away from Coy Media at anytime, excluding .co.uk domains.
